We shared. We cried. We embraced. We ate. We drank. We laughed. We aimed to #begreat!
By the third day of the conference I was full and it was clear all attendees were truly inspired.
Deciding to volunteer as the #socialsquad gave me an opportunity to meet and interact with beautiful and successful peeps I would not have otherwise met. In addition having a hand in doing what was needed to insure attendees enjoyed the experience was a pleasure.
During the closing session I was on mic duty. Co-Founder Stacy Ferguson (@justicefergie) raised the question, "What did you like the best about this 3-Day weekend"?
Oh my!! The outpouring from the crowd was something to have been experienced in person. The heartfelt words, learnings, friendships made, and transformation that was shared was wonderful to see and experience. This was definately a special group of folks and environment we'd created. The positive energy was undeniable.
If you're not inspired to add this conference or another blogging event to your list of professional development/networking opportunities your missing out.
By attending this event I feel a sense of renewed purpose and inspiration. Also there is a feeling that im not alone in yearning to build something great and have fun while doing it. How cool is that!!
One other notable highlight over the weekend includes the #londonsessions. Mary J Blige shared details in a movie format of the creative process she underwent for her latest album. Have a listen to a track here!
Did you attend any moving events or blogging conferences this year? If so do share!

Jenelle
Hi Jenelle, thank you for your enthusiasm for life and blogging. Although I haven’t attended any events, I get to experience them a bit through you! Love, love, love the Mary j. Blige song you shared. The song reminds me to consider what makes me happy, to focus on things that make me happy, and to make the changes needed in my life to get to this place. Thanks again from another 30+ mom.
Hi Wendy!! Thanks for stopping by. Wasn’t that song GREAT. MJB is my all-time fave artist. Keep dreaming and striving! xoxo, Jenelle
